Barre is a workout stemming from Pilates and ballet, done to the beat of motivating music and typically including a ballet barre, though it doesn’t have to. It’s low-impact, focuses on isolating each muscle group, includes work and stretches, and is suitable for anyone at any fitness level.
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors offer modifications and adjustments throughout class so you can move safely and confidently, no matter your experience.
No equipment is required — we provide everything you need for class, including mats, weights, and resistance bands. Grip socks are optional, but we do recommend bringing water to stay hydrated.
You can sign up for any class through the Mindbody App or by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website. Simply create an account, choose your class, and reserve your spot — it’s that easy!
We understand that things come up! However, cancellations made within 1 hour of class or no-shows will result in a $15 fee. If an emergency arises, please contact us — we’re always happy to work with you. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep classes running smoothly for everyone!
