Barre
​Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training. Classes are set to motivating music and focus on small, controlled movements that isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups. Expect a balanced mix of standing and mat work, strength exercises, and intentional stretching. Barre improves muscle tone, posture, and endurance—and is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications always offered.
Express Barre
​All the benefits of Barre—just faster. Express Barre delivers the same targeted strength, toning, and burn in a condensed 45-minute format. Perfect for lunch breaks or busy schedules, this class moves efficiently while still focusing on form, control, and full-body engagement.
HIGH Fitness
HIGH Fitness is a high-energy, music-driven workout that blends cardio, toning, and athletic movement with active recovery. Think modern aerobics with simple, repetitive choreography that’s easy to follow and impossible to dread. This no-equipment class alternates between high-intensity tracks and lower-impact options, making it fully adaptable to all fitness levels. Go high or go low—you’ll always leave feeling strong, sweaty, and energized.
TONE/YO
TONE/YO is a low-impact, strength and stretch class that blends muscle toning with deep, restorative movement. The TONE portion focuses on controlled, lower-body strengthening using slow, intentional movements inspired by barre and toning formats—keeping your muscles engaged and your heart rate gently elevated. The YO portion is yoga-inspired and emphasizes deep stretching, balance, and flexibility through simple, continuous movement. Together, this class improves strength, mobility, and recovery, making it the perfect complement to higher-intensity workouts and suitable for all fitness levels.
Weight Training
Weight Training is a strength-focused class built around circuits, stations, or traditional sets. Using dumbbells, barbells, or bodyweight, you’ll work major muscle groups through functional movements like squats, lunges, presses, and pulls. Classes may be offered one-on-one or in small groups and are designed to build strength, improve muscle endurance, support bone health, and enhance overall performance and daily movement.
Yoga
A mindful movement class focused on breath, balance, flexibility, and strength. Yoga classes guide you through flowing or held postures designed to increase mobility, reduce stress, and improve overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, with options provided to meet your body where it is.
Elevate
Elevate is a 45-minute, upbeat fusion class combining Barre, strength training, and cardio into one dynamic workout. You’ll experience the muscle-toning and joint-friendly movements of barre and Pilates, the benefits of heavier strength training, and bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate. Expect a challenging, energizing format that builds strength, endurance, and confidence. Tennis shoes and water recommended.
Up Beat Pilates
Up Beat Pilates is a high-energy mat class that blends traditional Pilates principles with an upbeat twist. Set to choreographed, feel-good music, this core-focused, full-body workout is consistent, sweaty, and designed to leave no muscle behind.

Can't come to the studio? We offer On-Demand classes, which you can view at your leisure and complete at home. Sign up daily on the Mindbody app (like you would for regular classes), and the link will be sent to you each day. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for help with this.
There are also 30-minute classes on our Raise The Barre YouTube channel that are FREE to view and focus on one or two muscle groups at a time.
